Travel

Goa is one of the most visited places in India as there are so many places to visit in Goa. Goa is known for the spectacular beaches it has. In fact, the beaches of Goa are so good that they are renowned all over the world. People from every corner of the world come to visit Goa and it is also considered to house some of the best beaches in the whole world. Goa is the ideal place to visit if one wants to just relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches, have an amazing time partying or want to carry out any of the multiple water activities present here.

Food

For those who lived in Goa would know the significance of this meal, in the good old days Goa was shut during the monsoons, houses were stacked prior to the monsoons with dry prawns, dry fish, sausages to last till the end of the monsoons.

Chilies too were stocked up on, the non-spicy Aldona chilies for color and taste. The small red onions tied in bunches in the kitchen, that perhaps had a smoked effect.

Sports

When it comes to sports, Goa is one of India's most prominent states. Sports are as important to the Goans as cuisine and music. Football is by far the most popular sport in Goa. Goa's football clubs have gone a long way since their humble origins. Today, Goan clubs are among the finest in the country, and they compete with the great names in Indian football. The Goans cannot do without football, and the state will lose its organ without the game.

Music

Music and dancing go through the veins of the Goans. A Goan does not need a formal occasion to break into singing. Every Goan's heart is ruled by music. Goa is abundant in traditional, folk, and western music, as well as Hindustani and pop music. You may hear numerous types of music at nightclubs, taverns, and even on the streets. Centuries of Portuguese domination have had a tremendous impact on Goan music. As you go across Goa, you will hear Konkani and Portuguese songs being sung at various locations.
